1. What products do you sell?
Ecotechcare offers a variety of Pokémon plush toys. Our plushies are designed for collectors, fans, and anyone who enjoys soft and fun character merchandise.

2. Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship orders to customers located in Poland.

3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery within Poland typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

4. How can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
